Full-automatic Carbonization Furnace
Gongyi Hongrun mechanical full-automatic carbonization furnace first uses biomass gasifier as the gas source for pre-production, transforms the fume ignited by the gasifier into flammable gas like liquefied gas through the purification cooling system, and then reaches the bottom of the main engine of the carbonization furnace through the flue duct for ignition and heating of the main engine pipeline. This process relies on the flue gas. It is pumped by an induced draft fan, and when the temperature reaches above 400 degrees C, it begins to convey raw materials to the main engine. The raw materials are usually made of various kinds of fruit hulls, bamboo chips, sawdust, peanut hulls and crushed hemp stalks, straw, bark and coconut hulls under 5 cm. After screening and removing impurities, they are put into the furnace. The raw materials are dried by two layers of pipes on the upper side of the carbonization furnace and the carbonization furnace. The carbonized raw materials in the bottom two layers of pipeline are cooled by the finished product cooling discharger, and then further cooled by the conveyor and conveyed to the finished product warehouse. Continuous carbonization furnace is a continuous carbon powder carbonization equipment. It is a fully automatic carbonization furnace integrating drying and carbonization. It uses raw materials to feed directly and discharging continuously. It does not need coal or electricity to provide heat source in production. The combustible flue gas generated during carbonization stage is recycled and continuously carbonized, so that the temperature at the bottom of the carbonization furnace can be raised. It is a new type of environmentally friendly anthracite powder carbonization furnace with high carbonization speed up to 900 C. Because carbon monoxide and other composite combustible gases produced by carbonization enter the flue to circulate combustion through purification and filtration, the problem that the exhaust fumes of traditional carbonization equipment do not meet the standard is thoroughly solved. Combustion and full utilization of waste heat can realize the drying, preheating and carbonization of raw materials, and solve the problems of high energy consumption, high pollution and high cost in the production process of traditional carbon powder carbonization furnace.
Fume Recovery and Utilization from Fully Automatic Carbonizing Furnace:
1. The steam (white smoke) produced by drying the upper carbonization tube of the carbonization furnace is exhausted.
2. After the carbonization of the lower part of the carbonization furnace produces flue gas, open the flammable flue gas valve. When the flue gas can hardly be seen, it shows that the flue gas generated in the carbonization process has been completely recovered, and the recovered flue gas can be converted into flammable gas through spraying, cooling and purification to enter the bottom stove of the carbonization furnace for secondary combustion. Turn off the gasifier at this time.
3. Cycling in this way, the self-generated gas is used to burn the self-generated gas to achieve the effect of energy saving.
4. The whole process can be continuous carbonization production, pollution-free flue gas emissions, environmental protection, to meet the emission standards.
